E-commerce products sell Walona House Oy 2993133-5Toughen out of stock. We sell products to private individuals in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postal expenses.
Products are ordered via the Internet from address www.walonadogs.com Through the shopping cart. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail indicating the price of the order, shipping costs and subscribed products. Getting an order confirmation requires reporting an email address when ordering. The customer agrees with each of the orders valid for each order. We will send an email to an order confirmation showing the contents of the order and the invoice of the invoice.
Payment takes place through the Checkout payment service service. Through Checkout you can pay your order easily and securely through an online banking, credit card, invoice or phone. Delivery method and shipping costs
We will deliver orders by mail to the home country and also abroad directly to the customer's mailbox. Shipping costs are 3.90e. We will post an order within 1-9 business days of your order. Post's passage takes 2-7 business days.
Exchange and Restore Conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and merchantable products in the original packaging. Restore the product in an ordinary envelope. The customer pays the necessary stamps for the refund. Paste the following information according to the refund: • Your subscription number, your name, address, and phone number. If you hoped for an exchange, also include information on what product you want to change.

We do not receive refunds over 14 days after delivery.
When the refund has been approved, the money will be returned through Checkout to the same payment method to which the order was paid.
Problems with transport and defective products

Walona Dogs tests the safety and durability of their products in their use. However, the subscriber has responsibility for the suitability of the product, proper use and safety. When you order products from Walona Dogs online store you agree to take full responsibility for the use and safety of the product. Walona Oy is not responsible for the use of the product and the possible damages caused by it in any case.
